The midsole made in Mizuno Enerzy NXT technology offers a very elastic bounce and a pleasantly soft landing. The sole responds well to changes in running speed. The Mizuno Wave plate made of glass fiber located along its entire length provides the sole with appropriate stiffness and energy return during running. Thanks to this, the shoes are also very stable and will not overload the joints.

The upper of the shoes made of one piece of material in MonoSock technology ensures a perfect fit to the shape of the feet and not too strong a hold. The shoes are quite wide and long, so in some cases a smaller size will be a better choice.

The tread made in X10 technology placed on the entire surface of the sole guarantees good grip during training performed on asphalt surfaces and athletics track.

Mizuno Neo Vista is a super training shoe, which is ideal for longer trainings preparing for half marathons and marathons, as well as during interval trainings run at a pace of up to approx. 4:00 min/km.
