The estimated delivery time for goods is 2–7 business days from the moment payment is received, provided that the ordered item is in stock.

Delivery in Riga:

In Riga, the online store delivers goods using its own courier service as well as logistics services provided by partners.

Pickup at the online store office at Pērnavas Street 42, Riga is free of charge.

Delivery within Latvia:

Goods are delivered throughout the territory of the Republic of Latvia using courier services or parcel lockers (Omniva, DPD, Venipak, or other partners).

The delivery address must be provided as accurately as possible. Additional information such as stairwell number and apartment number (if delivery is to an apartment building) is required to ensure timely delivery. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery times may be extended without prior notice;
A valid phone number must be provided at which the customer can be reached during the specified delivery time. Couriers usually contact the customer by phone before delivery to confirm availability at the указанed address. If the phone number is incorrect or the customer cannot be reached, delivery times may be extended without prior notice;
During major sales campaigns, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, a more accurate delivery timeframe will be specified in the confirmation email sent immediately after placing the order;
