Customer Card Terms and Loyalty Program:

Any natural person who has filled out the questionnaire and agreed to these terms and conditions can become a member of the loyalty program and receive a Customer Card.
You can receive and fill out the Questionnaire at any Sporta Punkts store. The Customer (its representative) must fill in the mandatory fields in the questionnaire, as well as indicate the date of filling out the questionnaire and sign.

 

The Customer's (its representative's) signature on the questionnaire confirms that:

• - The Customer (its representative) has read the terms and conditions and agrees with them - the Customer (its representative) has given consent, by which he allows the processing of personal data in the scope and manner specified in the terms and conditions and in the questionnaire with the aim of receiving the advantages and benefits of the Customer Loyalty Program.
• - A contract has been concluded between Sporta Punkts and the Client (its representative), the content and scope of which are determined by the completed questionnaire and these terms and conditions.
• - The Client (its representative) agrees to receive commercial communications from Sporta Punkts about the services offered and promotional campaigns to the e-mail and/or telephone number specified in the questionnaire. The Client has the right to refuse to receive commercial communications by sending a refusal message to the e-mail: info@sportapunkts.lv.
• - When submitting the completed questionnaire, the Client (its representative) presents the identity document of the Client (its representative) to the Sporta Punkts employee so that the employee can identify the Client (its representative).
• - Advantages do not stack with other discount programs.

 

Information about the customer card:

• - The customer card does not have a specified expiration date.
• - The customer card is intended for use only in Sporta Punkts stores. The customer card is not a payment card or credit card.
• - Discounts are not applied when presenting another person's customer card.
• - In case of loss or damage of the customer card, a new customer card can be obtained by filling out the questionnaire again.
