Warranty

Warranty Terms:

1. The warranty period for products offered by SIA SPORTA PUNKTA LATVIJA is 24 months. The delivery note or purchase receipt indicating the date of purchase serves as the warranty document.
2. The Seller confirms that the sold, delivered, and received Product is of proper quality and complies with the requirements normally applicable to such products. The Seller has no information indicating that the Product is defective or non-compliant.
3. If the Buyer discovers that the Product does not comply with standard quality requirements after receipt, the Product shall be replaced with a compliant one. This provision does not apply if the manufacturer’s expert assessment confirms that the damage was caused by the Buyer or their representative.
4. The Buyer has the right to refuse acceptance of Products with visible defects prior to signing the delivery documentation.
5. To avoid misunderstandings, please carefully read the product usage instructions.

Warranty Limitations:

1. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or scratches caused by improper or careless use of the Product.
2. The warranty does not apply to design elements of the Product, including stickers, embroidery, prints, colors, and other decorative elements.
3. Warranty service will not be provided for Products used on unsuitable surfaces or in inappropriate conditions. For example, floorball equipment (sticks, balls) must not be used on unsuitable surfaces; footwear must not be used in conditions or weather not intended for such use.
4. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty service if signs of unauthorized repair are detected.
5. Warranty obligations are void if the Buyer cannot present a valid purchase receipt or delivery note.
6. Warranty repair or replacement is not provided for damage caused by fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other force majeure events.
7. The Seller undertakes to remedy defects or replace a defective Product within 30 days.
8. The Seller has the right to issue a partial refund based on the Product’s wear and depreciation period.

These warranty terms comply with consumer protection regulations.

Storage and Care Instructions:

Storage:

• Store sports footwear in the manufacturer’s original packaging in a dry place.
• Store sportswear in a dry place.
• Store sports equipment in a dry place.

Care:

Before caring for the Product, please read the care instructions provided with each item.

• For sportswear, care instructions are usually sewn inside the garment.
• For footwear, care instructions are included in the shoe box.

Care for short and long sportswear:

• washing temperature must not exceed 30°C;
• do not use bleach;
• iron at medium temperature (110°C) without steam.
