1. General Agreement
1.1. SIA Sporta Punkts Latvija, Reg. No. 40103183266, provides content available on www.sportapunkts.lv (hereinafter — Website) and delivers services in accordance with these Terms, delivery and return policies, and other company policies published on the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
1.2. sportapunkts.lv reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice.
1.3. Purchases made online constitute a distance contract and are governed by applicable EU and Latvian consumer protection laws.
2. Privacy
2.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with data protection laws.
2.2. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
2.3. Only data necessary for payment and delivery documentation is collected.
2.4. Cookies are used to collect information about Website usage.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. Prices exclude delivery costs.
3.2. Prices and availability may change without notice.
3.3. Full prepayment is required.
3.4. Order confirmation is sent by email or SMS.
3.5. Orders are confirmed after full payment is received.
4. VISA and MasterCard Payments
Payments are secured using 3D Secure technology.
Payment processing is provided by BilderlingsPay SIA.
4.1. Card data is not stored by sportapunkts.lv.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is available within Latvia via courier or parcel lockers.
5.2. Delivery costs are shown before payment.
5.3. Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days.
5.4. No liability for delays caused by couriers or force majeure.
6. Returns
6.1. Customers may return goods within 14 days.
6.2. Returns are excluded for hygiene goods or opened packaging.
6.3. Customers are responsible for product condition.
6.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless defective.
6.5. Goods must be unused and complete.
7. Refunds
7.1. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
7.2. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
7.3. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless due to defect.
8. Order Cancellation
8.1. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
8.2. After dispatch, return rights apply.
9. Force Majeure
sportapunkts.lv shall not be liable for the failure or improper performance of contractual obligations if such failure is caused by force majeure circumstances that could not have been foreseen, controlled, or prevented and for which sportapunkts.lv is not responsible.
Force majeure circumstances include natural disasters, fires, military actions, civil disturbances, uprisings, strikes, epidemics, embargoes, interruptions or loss of energy supply or internet connectivity, as well as failures of computer hardware or software.
